This K-micro ASIC core can interface directly with the THC63LVD104, a market-dominant receiver made by THine Electronics that achieves a 30-bit full-color LVDS interface.

Core compatible with LVDS 160 MHz
Features a single LDVS-compliant twin data pair input that has achieved a maximum input data rate of 1,120 Mbps (total 5,600 Mbps = 700 Mbytes/sec) using Single Link, as well as full compatibility with a wide range of monitors from SXGA to UXGA.

  • Supports a wide range of clock frequencies: 25-135 MHz (Single Link), 25-230 MHz (Dual Link), and 50-160 MHz (KS6000 Series, Single Link)
  • Internal PLL (no external component needed)
  • Low-power CMOS design

Core compatible with LVDS 85 MHz
This is a receiver/transmitter core that can achieve a maximum 30-bit full-color LDVS interface. It has five LDVS-compliant twin data pair inputs, and has achieved a maximum of 595 Mbps input data rate per input (total 2.975 Mbps = 372 Mbytes/sec). A single core can handle image sizes of up to XGA.
